Tasting Notes
Rose-gold with flecks of beaten copper. Nose is a heady mix of dried rose petals, barley sugar, and a kiss of balsamic vinegar. The palate is thick with stewed persimmon, figs and sweet coffee. What a wine. Great balance too.
