Such a gorgeous wine - creamy, toasty, coffee bean and nougat, wild strawberry notes. Great textural quality, chalky mineral quality showing oyster shell notes. Beautiful freshness and great persistence. This wine could easily have entered into a champagne flight and done extremely well. Showing beautiful development and so fresh for a 2019 Pinot Noir bubbly.
