Tasting Notes

Brioche, almond pastry, lemon and apple all meet on the nose where you have just a slight overtone of honey. The palate is concentrated, has gorgeous depth with an alluring, salty apple crumble vibe. This is very elegant, really delicious and so long with umami flavours.
