Tasting Notes

Prune-coloured, deep and inky black in appearance. Grilled peppers, warm leather, cocoa powder, blackcurrants and grilled meats in the bouquet. Broad, grainy tannins mesh nicely with integrated acidity - nicely chewy. Well balanced structure between slight R/S, granular tannins and polished acidity. Long and peppery with good drinkability now but with the structure to benefit from aging.
