Tasting Notes

Very pale, almost water white in the glass. White peach, yuzu, yellow pear on the nose are complemented by delicate white flowers, Meyer lemon and citrus on the palate. Smooth, glossy mouthfeel delivers lovely sapidity that leads to a juicy, mineral-strewn finish that is rather ethereal.
